EUBv6 - The innovative water mist catcher

Are you bothered by having problems with failures of cylinder liners in your large two stroke diesel engine?

One reason can be condensate which is not properly separated by the originally equipped water mist catchers. With the charged air it goes through the scavanging air ports into the cylinder liner. Hitting the hot liner surface it destroys the lubrication film and leads to solid object friction and other damaging mechanisms.

These effects were analysed and proofed by our partner EUB e.V.

EUBv6 - Active principle

With a new water mist catcher developed by EUB and easily adaptable to your engine we are able to separate the condensate before entering the charge air receiver and to minimize considerably the above mentioned damaging process.
